UK CAV Symposium safety measures

At UK CAV Infrastructure Symposium we regard the health and safety of everyone participating in the show of paramount importance.

As organisers of the UK CAV Infrastructure Symposium, we regard the health and safety of everyone participating in the show of paramount importance. Any measures that are put in place at the event will be to ensure the safety and comfort of all those onsite.

We are operating in line with current government guidance which has recently changed – full details are available on their website and can be found here

The UK CAV Infrastructure Symposium will be verifying attendee COVID-19 safety status at the event. This means upon arriving you may be asked to provide proof of full vaccination, proof of antibodies, or the negative results of a lateral flow test done within 48 hours of arrival.

We advise all attendees to check into the venue through the NHS COVID-19 app - you can scan the QR codes available at registration for ease of access.

While wearing masks is no longer mandatory, we encourage our attendees to do so while in enclosed spaces and social distancing cannot be observed.

The venue also has guidelines for COVID-19 safety in place, which you can find here and which include a one-way system to the main door into the property, on Belvedere Road, will be exclusively an entry point.
